That's who we are:
Tony Award winner Maik Klokow has set national and international standards with productions such as The Lion King, Starlight Express, Mamma Mia!, and many others. He leads 360° Entertainment as CEO and will once again be active as a producer.
Maik Klokow is one of the most influential figures in the German musical market. With productions such as The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, and Dirty Dancing he has set standards and defined the standard for quality and success. These iconic titles are now indispensable in the musical landscape and all unmistakably bear his signature as a producer.
He is not only responsible for the idea behind successful productions like Ich war noch niemals in New York, but also has a special emotional connection to Starlight Express. In Bochum, he joined as a stage manager in 1990, laying the foundation for his career. By the way, this musical holds the record for the longest run of a musical in one location and, thanks to Maik Klokow's revision in 2018, was able to set the course for a successful future.
After positions as Technical Manager and Production Manager, he became Managing Director of the Theater am Potsdamer Platz in 1999, where he achieved great success right away with the world premiere of Disney's Der Gloeckner von Notre Dame. In 2009, Maik Klokow founded the Mehr! Entertainment Group. After its sale in 2018 to the British Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) - the world's leading theater operators and producers - he continued to work as Managing Director and Producer for Mehr-BB Entertainment.
But Maik Klokow's creative vision extends beyond the boundaries of the musical industry. It is thanks to his initiative that the construction or renovation of major theaters has taken place: The Theater im Hafen in Hamburg, the Colosseum Theater in Essen, the Mehr! Theater am Großmarkt in Hamburg and the Musical Dom in Cologne.
In addition, he has successfully brought productions such as Holiday On Ice and the Blue Man Group to the stage or ice. Particularly noteworthy is his success with the German-language adaptation of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, which premiered in Hamburg in 2021 and continues to play to full houses after a re-staging in 2023.
For the Broadway production of Moulin Rouge! The Musical, based on the film of the same name by Baz Luhrmann, Maik Klokow received his first Tony Award in 2021, the most prestigious award in the industry. Finally, in 2022, the German-language premiere took place in Cologne.
In March 2024, the premiere of the musical Water for Elephants was celebrated at the Imperial Theatre on Broadway, based on the bestseller by Sara Gruen, with Maik Klokow involved as one of the co-producers.
After over 35 years in live entertainment, Maik Klokow temporarily bid farewell to the industry in March 2023. However, his passion for the stage remains undiminished. As CEO and Producer, he now returns with 360° Entertainment to embark on new projects, bringing his extensive experience and flair for great entertainment to the forefront once again.
As the financial expert of 360° Entertainment, Guenter Irmler brings a wealth of experience in live entertainment. From 1989 to 1999, he headed the musical conglomerate Stella and, in this position, developed the musical genre in the German market.
Guenter Irmler has achieved groundbreaking success in the field of live entertainment over the years. He significantly contributed to the realization and operation of state-of-the-art theaters for musicals, including renowned venues such as the Neue Flora in Hamburg, the SI-Centrum in Stuttgart, the Theater am Marientor in Duisburg, the Colosseum Theater in Essen and the Theater am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. Under his leadership, not only were the performance venues elevated to a new professional level, but also merchandising, catering, and event organization. A subsidiary developed musical city tourism as well as specialized booking software for tickets.
During these years, productions such as Cats, Starlight Express, The Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, Disney's Beauty and the Beast (in London), Les Misérables, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Disney's Der Gloeckner von Notre Dame (with its world premiere in Berlin) were brought to the stage, among others.
In 2011, Guenter Irmler assumed the position of Managing Director at Mehr! Entertainment GmbH in Duesseldorf, where he served as CFO, overseeing the entire finance department and supporting owner Maik Klokow in the expansion of the company group and the exploration of new business areas. During this time, he also oversaw the construction of the Mehr! Theater am Großmarkt in Hamburg and was involved in the leasing of venues such as the Musical Theater in Bremen and the Admiralspalast in Berlin. In 2019, he voluntarily left the Mehr-BB Entertainment GmbH group.
In addition to his successful career in the entertainment industry, Guenter Irmler was appointed as a professor at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg in 1998. Furthermore, he worked as a consultant for companies such as DEAG (Deutsche Entertainment AG), the cinema chain CinemaxX and the exhibition sector. Since 2019, he has also served as Managing Director of ALMEMA Beteiligungs GmbH.
At 360° Entertainment, Guenter Irmler now assumes the role of Managing Director and is responsible for the finance department.

After starting out at Stella Musicals, he took over the marketing management of the Disney musical Der Gloeckner von Notre Dame at the Theater am Potsdamer Platz.
